Below is attached an essay I wrote studying the works of Gregory Crewdson, an American cinematic photographer. I was delighted to receive an A.

This focused on the question of, "How does Gregory Crewdson execute his photography to create contrasting ideas of the psychological and emotional isolation his subjects face, and how this can relate to an audience?"

I really enjoyed studying this photographer and whilst doing detailed research into his work it has influenced some of my own ideas.
